Welcome to Little Rascals Childcare Ltd, a renowned nursery offering high quality childcare in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
We were founded in 1990 by two former teachers who were driven to establishing the highest quality childcare for their own children. Little Rascals now operates across two sites in East Leeds, Barwick Road and Station Road.

With over 30 years’ experience, the team at Little Rascals understand every stage within your child’s development. We are able to offer support and advice, to ensure each individual child’s needs are met in a nurturing, engaging and safe environment.
We pride ourselves on our caring and friendly qualified staff, who always strive to put the needs of Little Rascals children and their parents first. The team has extensive experience of the Care and Education that is expected, including Special Educational Needs, Behaviour, Health and Safety and Child Protection.

Each nursery has four rooms divided by age groups.
These ages are a guide only. Each child is different and will only move to the next room when they are ready.
- Green Room: 3 months to 14 months
- Yellow Room: 14 months to 24 months
- Red Room: 2 years to 3 years
- Blue Room: 3 years to 5 years
At Little Rascals we recognise that children develop and learn in different ways and at different paces. Daily activities are planned within for each age group, which are child initiated and adult led. Each child has a key worker and a personal Tapestry profile which monitors the stages of development in all key areas.
The learning and development goals aimed for by Little Rascals are through a statutory framework, known as the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), which includes the following areas:

- Expressive Art and Design
